Australian gambling entertainment company Tabcorp had occupied its Sydney headquarters for over 50 years. With our guidance, they wanted to consolidate several existing properties into a single location in Sydney’s CBD. We delivered an end-to-end solution for their new headquarters, including an integrated workplace strategy and change management process to ensure employees were well versed in Tabcorp’s new way of working. The result enabled a significant reduction in real estate footprint and expenditure while promoting efficiency and collaboration.
