Sydney-based construction company SixJay wanted to development, design and construct a boutique residential development comprising eight apartments and four townhouses in Epping, Sydney. We assisted the company with comprehensive design management, marketing and sales advice, contract development and advisory services – from the competitive bidding process, through to the selection of special finishes and textures for the residences. Our team delivered the project three months ahead of schedule allowing SixJay to upgrade key features and bring the finished apartments to market faster.
