Tram joined Jones Lang LaSalle through our Graduate Recruitment Opportunities (GRO) initiative. This has provided her with insights into various departments and played a key role in her career choice.

Has your exposure to various departments in the firm through GRO been useful in shaping your career path?
Yes it has. It has provided me with insight into various departments and played a key role in my decision on the department I wish to work in and pursue a career in.

Why did you choose Jones Lang LaSalle?
Because it is one of the major players in the industry and they also have a great reputation which was put across during my time at university. I remember thinking “Gosh I would love to work for that company one day”.

You are part of the ‘Y’ Generation, is all the hype true?
I do agree with the saying “I want it all and I want it now”.

What is your dream job?
To be able to work in any of the Jones Lang LaSalle offices overseas.
