Sarah – The High Achiever

Sarah was recently promoted to Director and believes being a director is about a heightened level of responsibility to clients, her immediate team and the Firm.

What has been one of the most exciting opportunities you have had at Jones Lang LaSalle?
I have gained valuable experience and insight in all areas of commercial, retail and industrial property valuation, rental reviews and consultancy. One of the key highlights would be taking the role of project coordinator of valuation work associated with the Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group (ALH), involving the coordination of 105 hotels assessments nationally and provision of additional advisory services including lease structuring recommendations and prospectus letter.

What is the best part of your role?
Working with and meeting a wide range of people and gaining exposure to different areas in property.

You were recently promoted to director level. How important was this to you?
In terms of importance, I believe recognition, when deserved, does form part of a successful career. Being a director is also about a heightened level of responsibility to your clients, immediate team and the Firm.
