Rhonda – The Traveller

Rhonda is a Director and has been with the company for over 12 years.
She loves to travel and recently took a 10 month career break to fulfil this dream.

You recently took a career break and went overseas. How important was this to you and your long-term commitment to Jones Lang LaSalle?
Extremely important. I love to travel but especially like to spend extended time in different countries. The 10 month career break allowed me to have the best of both worlds and I returned to Jones Lang LaSalle with renewed enthusiasm.

What keeps you motivated?
We have a very strong brand and great people. We are capable of being No 1 in every sector in every market. Its an exciting challenge to be involved in achieving this objective and increasing our profitability.

As a director and leader of the firm what excites you most about managing people?
The most exciting thing is helping people have the confidence to fulfill their potential – and then watching them do it.

What can’t you live without?
My passport.

What do you for fun?
Travel, swimming, skiing and supporting the Sydney Swans (not always fun!)
