International Staff Exchange
This program identifies high performance individuals and supports a one year international secondment to Europe, America or Asia Pacific and exposes our people to markets outside Australia. The aim of this program is to expand participants’ knowledge of international market conditions and business practices. We have welcomed back many internal exchange program participants into our Australian business, often with a promotion and increased responsibilities.

Career Choices Program
We want all our people to realise their career goals and personal ambitions. To make this a reality we have the Career Choices Program which supports our people to discover their uniqueness and develop tailored career goals.

Building Great Leaders
The key to empowering our people is through a dynamic network of great leaders. Leaders who understand and enable each individual to fully contribute to the business and optimise team performance. Our Building Great Leaders Program provides the platform for all our leaders to be the best and become powerful influencers in the business.

Ovations - Reward & Recognition Program
Ovations rewards individuals and teams that achieve outstanding results for our clients and the business. We celebrate our people’s triumphs and publicly applaud their results, culminating in a national gala event where the best of the best are recognised.

Mentoring
We continue to increase our commitment to identify high achieving individuals within the business and provide them with increased opportunities. Our mentoring program is designed to help these individuals reach their career goals sooner. Each selected staff member is assigned a senior mentor and together they map a tailored development plan.

GRO – Graduate & Cadet Program
We recognise that new talent is key to our long term success and we look to new generations of leaders waiting to be discovered. We offer a comprehensive Graduate and Cadet Program where young individuals will be assigned to a senior mentor and experience several business rotations to determine their career preference. This can be achieved as a graduate or a cadet who is still studying.
