International Staff Exchange This program identifies high performance individuals and supports a one year international secondment to Europe, America or Asia Pacific and exposes our people to markets outside Australia. The aim of this program is to expand participants’ knowledge of international market conditions and business practices. We have welcomed back many internal exchange program participants into our Australian business, often with a promotion and increased responsibilities. Our mentoring program is designed to help these individuals reach their career goals sooner. Each selected staff member is assigned a senior mentor and together they map a tailored development plan. GRO – Graduate & Cadet Program We recognise that new talent is key to our long term success and we look to new generations of leaders waiting to be discovered. We offer a comprehensive Graduate and Cadet Program where young individuals will be assigned to a senior mentor and experience several business rotations to determine their career preference. This can be achieved as a graduate or a cadet who is still studying.
