Why Queensland? Why now?

Local institutional investors and offshore investors have historically assigned Queensland a relatively low weighting within their commercial property portfolios. There is a strong long term case for investing in Queensland based on the economic and demographic factors that ultimately drive commercial property markets. Current asset weightings among major institutional and offshore investors appear to be very low for Queensland assets, particularly for the office and industrial sectors.
