I joined Jones Lang LaSalle as the Head of Corporate Solutions Australia in February 2007. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle I had worked with the major Accounting Firms in their Real Estate Advisory area. My real estate background combined with the business knowledge honed at the accounting firms provides me with the necessary skills to advise many of the major global corporations about their real estate. My attraction to Jones Lang LaSalle is the leadership. Many organisations build so many barriers to upward communication that the idea of someone lower in the hierarchy looking up to the leaders for help is ludicrous. At Jones Lang LaSalle the leaders are accessible and available. They create an environment where problem analysis replaces blame, everyone produces and contributes to the bottom line results and integrity and energy drives everyone to get things done. In the Corporate Solutions team I try to encourage every ones evolution creating an environment where the best, the brightest and the most creative are attracted, retained and most importantly unleashed.
