In my role as Head of our largest business line, I have the privilege of working with a diverse range of people. Our clients are diverse, our tasks are diverse, and the diversity amongst our people means that we can bring a wide range of skills, experiences and attributes to what we do. In my experience, this leads to a wealth of career development opportunities. We have a tradition of promoting our people and many of our senior leaders have worked their way up through the business in both traditional and innovative areas. Thus we are building the leaders of the future, both for Jones Lang LaSalle and the greater real estate industry.
