Caroline Fitzwater, Head of Corporate Accounts, IFM, Australia

I have more than twenty-five years’ experience in facility management, program management, operations and HR. I joined the London offices of Jones Lang LaSalle over six years’ ago and held various management positions across EMEA. More latterly, since relocating with my family to Sydney in December 2008, I have been focused on the facility management business, responsible for the success locally of a number of globally-recognised corporate clients such as Deutsche Bank, Microsoft, Ericsson and Coca-Cola Amatil. Integrated Facilities Management is an integral part of our global Corporate Solutions offering, providing an annuity service where our Facilities Management teams work with our clients in their buildings every day. Integrated Facilities Management creates value for each client by tailoring the services to meet their specific business objectives, combining the best people, processes and systems in the real estate industry under a regional management structure and delivering across a country, a region or the globe. My role is to provide support and direction to our account leads and their site teams, ensuring that our clients are happy with the services we provide and also to secure new clients and opportunities in the local market.
