Bill Redfern, Director, Property and Asset Management, Victoria

I have over thirty years experience in real estate management, valuations, sales, and acquisitions, including almost twenty years with Jones Lang LaSalle in a range of both operational and executive management positions. For the past twelve years, I have concentrated on our property management businesses, and most recently have taken the opportunity to focus on this business in Victoria. Our property management business comprises specialisations in commercial, industrial and retail management, building engineering services and facilities management, and property accounting and financial reporting. Each of these core services areas is lead by a subject matter specialist. My role is to provide support and direction to our specialisation leaders and their teams, ensure our clients are happy with the services we are providing, and secure new management appointments. This business is very successful and provides many and diverse career opportunities. I look forward to welcoming you to our growing team.
