My journey with Jones Lang LaSalle has been a long, enjoyable and interesting one. I started with the firm when they were Jones Lang Wootton (JLW Canberra Office) in February 1993 as a Trust Account Assistant in the Property Management Department of the Canberra Office. Within the first six months I realised that property was what I wanted to make a career of so I started my studies in Real Estate. Within the first year I was promoted to Trust Account Manager and then in late 1995 I was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. I left the firm in June 1996 to move to the country with my then fiancé, now husband. In May 1999 I came back to the Firm, now Jones Lang LaSalle as a Finance Manager on a major Government portfolio. In 2001 I had the fantastic opportunity to relocate to the Singapore office. to train and support staff in the use of our property finance system. While in Singapore I worked on various major account transitions. My role was to implement, train and support the property finance system; develop best practice policies, procedures and processes. In July 2002 I relocated to the Sydney office and stayed for 12 months. Then in July 2003 I relocated back to the Canberra office. Whilst at Jones Lang LaSalle I have been given many fantastic training opportunities such as Leaders of the Future Program and the Mentorship Program. I look forward to saying hello to you!
